The All Saints Career Academy is a two year programme open to all Sixth Form students, who enrol on our Business & IT and STEM related courses. It is designed to help raise their aspirations, to allow them to make more informed choices about their futures and bridge the gap between education and work, by giving them access to real experience with world class businesses.
It provides a structured programme of paid internships, mentoring by employer volunteers, motivational lectures and workshops to give students, the work experience and skills they need to be able to perform more effectively in the wider world. This highly successful programme, is designed to compliment students’ studies.
For businesses, getting involved with The Career Academy is a cost-effective way of companies developing their own workforce and demonstrating their corporate values. By being a mentor (Partner in Business), offering an internship or ‘guru’ lecture or joining a Local Advisory Board, employers provide their staff with personal and professional development opportunities.
