All Saints 6th Form – Best ever results!!
by Matt Horsfield - Friday, 20 August 2010, 09:22 AM

front a level
Here at All Saints Centre for Learning we are congratulating our sixth form students on gaining the best results we have ever achieved.

The year 13 overall A*-E pass rate for A-Levels (and level 3 equivalents) is 97.3% and the students achieved an average UCAS points score of 256 per person. These results reflect the hard work the students have put into their studies, reflected in the fact that 100% of our graduates are progressing onto University, Further Education or Full-Time employment.

These statistics show continued improvement from last year and we are delighted with the progress our sixth form students are making in new Centre for Learning. We would like to thank the students for the past 2 years and wish them all the best for the future careers.
WELL DONE!!

New Facebook Safety Application
by Site Admin - Friday, 23 July 2010, 08:08 AM

Facebook
Is your child on Facebook? If so, you will want to know about a new, free application in Facebook that is designed to keep young people safe while they are having fun networking online.

ClickCEOP is a new ‘app’ which links your child directly from their Facebook profile to help, advice and reporting facilities of the Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre – the police agency set up to tackle child abuse.

By adding the app, young people and parents can get support from CEOP on a range of issues – viruses, hacking, dealing with bullying online and they can report someone who is acting inappropriately towards them online.

If you have a Facebook profile, add and bookmark the app. If your child is on Facebook, get them to search ‘ClickCEOP’ in Facebook and give yourself the peace of mind that your child is one click away from help – if they should ever need it.
